Coffee might not add years to your life, but it doesn’t seem to subtract them, either, according to a huge national study released yesterday. Coffee drinkers are 10 percent less likely to die early than those who don’t drink it, according to the study conducted by the National Institutes of Health, the National Cancer Institute and AARP. Wednesday May 16, 2012 7:11 AM Recipe tested by Dispatch staff Timesaving recipe Vegetarian recipe Makes 10 servings This recipe, based on one by Everyday Food magazine, jazzes up traditional bean dip with roasted cauliflower. 1 head cauliflower, trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces 5 garlic cloves with peel 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus additional for serving Salt and pepper to taste 1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed, drained 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Smoked paprika for garnish (optional) Crackers for serving Sliced cucumbers for serving Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
