Former commission candidate Jackson accused of hit and run in city hall garage

But the allegations against Sean Jackson, 23, have taken a bizarre turn, with accusations that Jackson impersonated a commissioner and threatened a parking attendant, then had his charges dropped when the investigating police officer subpoenaed the wrong witness, who has an almost identical name and also works at city hall.
