Roanoke judge gives Agee 3 life sentences

roanoke.com — Wednesday, May 8, 2013 Former Franklin County Sheriff's deputy Jonathan Agee has received three life sentences, for first degree murder, attempted capital murder and aggravated malicious wounding. The sentence was announced just before noon by Judge Charlie Dorsey in Roanoke Circuit Court.
