Arbour Lake shooting victim identified by Calgary police

calgaryherald.com — The man shot dead Thursday evening in the northwest community of Arbour Lake was tied to Alberta's largest ecstasy bust and had served time for drug trafficking. Family identified the victim as Hui Xu, also known as Phillip Tu, 42, of Calgary. He was fatally shot around 5:40 p.m.

City police allege between September 2007 and November 2011, the employee created three shell companies to create more than 91 fictitious invoices for supplies and services for non-existent transactions, and made off with $4,929,686 from these invoices.
