Whitmer grad named MAC player of the week

toledoblade.com — KENT, Ohio - Whitmer High School grad Nate Holley, a sophomore safety at Kent State, was named Mid-American Conference East Division defensive player of the week. Holley finished with 18 tackles and one pass broken up in the Golden Flashes' 17-14 loss to Ohio Saturday.
