Ferrara Pan Candy Co. to merge with Farley's & Sathers

chicagobusiness.com — (Crain's) - Lemonheads maker Ferrara Pan Candy Co. and Minnesota-based Farley's & Sathers Candy Co. said today they plan to merge, with Ferrara Pan Chairman and CEO heading the merged company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Crain's reported in February that Forest Park-based Ferrara Pan was in talks to link with Farley's and Sathers.
