Store video shows 2 men dumping dog that chewed off paw

freep.com — The dog was found Jan. 18 by a store employee who noticed it was tied up. The dog had to have her hind leg amputated, but is expected to recover. Roseville police have released a surveillance video showing two men leaving a dog with its paw chewed off chained up behind a Walmart.
