A woman was found dead at a northwest Houston apartment complex Tuesday morning. Just after 5:00 a.m. Tuesday, police were called to the Wilshire Place Apartments on Hollister Street and Tidwell Road. Houston police had to set up a large crime scene inside the complex after a woman's body was discovered outside of one of the buildings.
