It sounds like something from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, a Nickelodeon slime show, a toxic waste dump or any other myriad of slime green entities. But this isn't science fiction, this fluorescent green hole is reality and it's located on a Philadelphia street.

2 Shot Dead in S. Jersey Doctor's Office
