PLEASANTON -- A body was discovered Thursday near Dublin Canyon Road and Laurel Creek drive, police said.Representatives from the Alameda County Coroner's office loaded a gurney containing the body, in white bag, into a van and drove away from the area about 3 p.m., police said.Pleasanton Police and members of the Alameda County Sheriff's office crime lab are on the scene, along with a handful of men in suits, although it was not immediately clear which agency the men were from. Sgt. J.D. Nelson, a spokesman for the Alameda County Sheriff's office was en route to the scene but did not have details on the body investigation.
