oregonlive.com — In 2003 Portland filmmaker Alissa Nicole Creamer was a university student with her heart set on a Fulbright scholarship. She didn't get one. Instead, she eventually received a scholarship from Rotary International, which led to a documentary about two children from Angola who spend a year in Barcelona, learning to walk with prosthetic legs.
