Mostly dealing with companies that make wobbly claims about their products, or with people claiming that a company makes wobbly claims. Just yesterday, for example, a federal judge ruled that POM Wonderful had gone too far in marketing its pomegranate juice drink as a way to “treat, prevent or reduce the risk of heart disease, prostate cancer or erectile dysfunction." (As a commenter noted on this L.A. Times article, "It just goes to show that you should not take anything for pomegranate.")
