Man charged with DUI after ramming another car three times

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office charged Denarius Demps, 22, with DUI, hit-and-run and driving with a suspended license. Deputies say Demps rolled up to a stoplight at Seacrest Boulevard and Woolbright Road at about 7 p.m.
