Fabada Asturiana at Sí Tapas Restaurant Bar (Allison Slomowitz / Special Contributor) Sitting on the pretty patio at Sí Tapas recently, I flipped over a bowl of white-bean soup. Giant, plump and perfectly cooked, the beans luxuriate in a good, rich broth; slabs of morcilla (blood sausage) and chorizo serve as meaty garnish, along with a slice of crisped Serrano ham. (File photo) I’ve ranted in the past about annoying things that happen in restaurants — things like servers telling us their favorite dishes, over-pouring wine glasses, or asking “are you still working on that?”. It’s easy to see why all of above constitute something less than great service.
