standard.net — OGDEN -- The Ogden Police Department is one of three state law enforcement agencies targeted by the Utah chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union with records requests seeking information about a new license plate recognition technology. The ACLU sent the requests Friday to the Utah Highway Patrol, the Ogden Police Department and the Iron County Sheriff's office.
