City settles with Times-Union, agrees to pay legal fees in public records suit

jacksonville.com — The Florida Times-Union and Jacksonville have settled a lawsuit over public records.Under terms of a settlement agreed to Friday, the city will pay the Times-Union $15,000.The newspaper sued the city in June after the city didn't hand over public documents that had been requested over a month before.
