cbc.ca — This is the first full day of deliberations in the Tori Stafford murder case. Jurors are deliberating the fate of 31-year-old Michael Rafferty, who has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder, sexual assault causing bodily harm and kidnapping. A conviction on the first-degree murder charge would carry a life sentence in prison with no chance of parole for 25 years.
