IU's Fred Glass disputes USA Today report, says school's sports made profit

indystar.com — Indiana athletic director Fred Glass disputes a story in USA Today this week on college athletic revenues that indicated the Hoosiers required a subsidy from school funds to avoid operating at a loss. USA Today reported Indiana's athletic department received $2.687 million from the school and was in the red by just less than $1 million for the period ending June 30, 2011.
