No conclusive achievement difference in voucher, MPS schools

jsonline.com — A five-year longitudinal study found students in voucher schools on average improved slightly more on state tests than those in Milwaukee Public Schools. But a state audit of the study released Thursday said no conclusion could be reached on voucher schools' impact on test scores because of a recent change in test data reporting requirements.
