Billboard companies file paperwork to take City to the Supreme Court

openfile.ca — Pattison Outdoor advertising and the Out-Of-Home Marketing Association of Canada have filed for leave to appeal Toronto's billboard tax to the Supreme Court of Canada, City officials have confirmed to OpenFile Toronto.
