Judge strikes down part of Chicago gun law

suntimes.com — A federal judge in Chicago has ruled that a portion of the city's gun law is unconstitutional. U.S. District Judge Samuel Der-Yeghiayan ruled Tuesday in favor of a Chicago man who had challenged a portion of the law after being denied a permit because of a past misdemeanor conviction.
