app.com — The Army is asking for nearly $10 million in the fiscal year 2013 federal budget for caretaking and maintenance operations at the former Fort Monmouth property. That money is slated to pay for such things as groundskeeping, building maintenance and security while the property remains under Army control, an Army spokesman said.
