Doctors are unlikely to stop screening men for prostate cancer, even though about half agree they should, according to a small survey of physicians from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.Many prostate cancer patients and their doctors were outraged after a government advisory panel recommended Monday that physicians stop using the PSA blood test to screen healthy men. WASHINGTON – The co-owner of a major Pentagon propaganda contractor publicly admitted Thursday that he was behind a series of websites used to discredit two USA TODAY journalists who had reported on the contractor.The online "misinformation campaign," first reported last month, has raised questions about whether the Pentagon or its contractors had turned its propaganda operations against U.S. citizens.
