Storage facility in former AT&T building filling faster than expected

West Sac's biggest hotel upgraded to Ramada Inn & Suites

bizjournals.com — Under new ownership, the Ramada Plaza hotel in West Sacramento is being upgraded to a Ramada Inn & Suites property. The 137-room property -- the largest hotel in West Sacramento -- sold last month for $6.1 million to SAV TexasOne LLC, said Vinny Goundar, the new general manager and part of the ownership group.
