stltoday.com — The Cardinals threw everyone a changeup Sunday by announcing they'd decided on Triple A Memphis lefthander Tyler Lyons to make Wednesday's start at San Diego. Chances are this will be nothing more than a one-night, stop-gap move; in the Cardinals' hopeful scenario Lyons will make a start in the spot vacated by the ailing Jaime Garcia then head back to Tennessee when Jake Westbrook (elbow) comes back.
