Ohio teen suspect charged in deaths of brothers

dispatch.com — OTTAWA, Ohio -- Michael Aaron Fay has been charged in Putnam County Juvenile Court in the shooting deaths of Blaine Romes, 14, and Blake Aaron Romes, 17. Gary Lammers, the county prosecutor, said the 17-year-old Fay youth was charged yesterday with two counts of delinquency in connection with aggravated murder.
