host.madison.com — A 9-year-old girl was struck and run over by a vehicle Sunday night on the North Side, with the driver of the SUV arrested for alleged drunken driving, Madison police reported. The crash happened at about 8:30 p.m. near 813 Vera Court, police said in a news release.
