How is social media changing news?

Social media has given news seekers and newsgatherers so many different platforms to turn to. The amount of information that is circling about can be overwhelming, even for the best of the best journalists. At the end of the day we still have a huge responsibility to make sure we report the facts and get back to good old investigative journalism.
