TAMPA, Fla. — High gas prices are making vacations more expensive for travelers, with airlines raising fees and canceling flights due to jet fuel costs. AAA says the average gas price across the state is about $4.04 a gallon. The pinch is being felt globally, with CNN reporting that thousands of flights in Europe are being canceled preemptively due to jet fuel shortages. Airlines are passing those costs along to passengers.

It came from the idea of a bond that dog owners share with their furry family members. “Nuzzl” is a brand-new dating app that might have people wagging their tails to check it out. It’s estimated 70% of Austinites own a dog.
