So says Canada Post in a direct pitch to Canadians to take down their "no flyers" signs, arguing that they are missing out on coupons, catalogues and community notices. Addressed to Occupant, letters from Amanda Maltby, Canada Post's chief privacy officer and general manager of compliance began arriving this week in some residents' mailboxes across the country.

Ex-BMO analyst agrees to $1 million fine for insider trading

thestar.com — A former investment banking analyst at BMO Nesbitt Burns will pay more than $1 million to the province's stock market watchdog to settle allegations of illegal insider trading. Michael Zhao, 28, is also permanently banned from trading securities, with the exception of mutual funds and ETFs in a tax-free savings account or RRSP, according to the terms of the settlement deal.
