Obamacare giveth. Will employers taketh away?

healthinsurance.org — You gotta wonder how some people in the health insurance business sleep at night. Oh wait. You can't sleep if you stay up late thinking of new ways to keep people from getting the coverage and care they need.

Its 2012 filing also contained some key inconsistencies. The public disclosure, which arrived 25 days after its due date on March 1, painted a very different view of the company's executive compensation than the one submitted to the U.S.
