Surveillance footage captures 8-year-old’s final moments — Newly released surveillance footage from 2013 is believed to show an 8-year-old Jacksonville girl's final moments alive. The State Attorney's Office released video Wednesday that shows Cherish Perrywinkle walking through Walmart with the man suspected of killing her. Skimmer found at Winter Park Suntrust ATM — Winter Park police are trying to identify two people they believe are connected to a skimming device found on a bank ATM. Officials said the device was at the Suntrust bank on Carolina Avenue near Park Avenue. Police tweeted photos of two people seen at the ATM around the time the device was believed to be installed.
