SAN ANDREAS -- Investigators now believe they know what started the Willow Fire burning in Calaveras County. The California Highway Patrol arrested a woman for reportedly driving with a flat tire, which created sparks that started the blaze.
EL DORADO COUNTY -- People in Pollock Pines, Camino and Pleasant Valley had a scare after a large military transport plane flew within 200 feet of their homes. An Air Force official confirms a C-17 was flying over the area, but it's still unknown why the aircraft was so low.

FOLSOM -- A tragic accident in Folsom, which police said could have been avoided. Three people are confirmed dead after a head on collision on Folsom Lake Crossing. A fourth person is still recovering in the hospital. Others who live in the area told FOX40 the stretch of road has been a problem for years.
