1 Introduction The rapid rise of large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Llama, Claude, Grok, and DeepSeek has reshaped an information-technology landscape already crowded with AI innovations [1-6]. These advances have stimulated research to apply and adapt LLMs to accelerate drug development [7-12].

What is the current knowledge on the topic? ○ Fibrosis and steatosis can affect liver function and drug metabolism. Elastography, a noninvasive, FDA-approved method for measuring liver fibrosis and steatosis, is an alternative to liver biopsy. What question did this study address? ○ The goal was to evaluate the dependence of physiological determinants of drug dosing on elastography-derived measures of hepatic steatosis and fibrosis.
