@NJTRANSIT Shame that your email and customer service reps didn't give me that number in the first place. And then shame that MyTix support is just a voice message. I would prefer not to have to use Twitter to get a response. :(
@NJTRANSIT All there is on the MyTix support number is a voice message. Which really isn't reassuring that the hundreds I spent on my monthly pass will go to waste.
@NJTRANSIT It's funny that you should ask. Because (1) that was not the number that is provided in the email when I imported my account, (2) it wasn't until the 3rd customer service rep that said that there was a MyTix account, and (3) no one on the MyTix support number is answering. https://t.co/B83L6654bP
@NJTRANSIT I wish I wasn't Tweeting my complaints here and someone (maybe one of the four people I spoke with on the phone today) could have just resolved my issue this afternoon.
@NJTRANSIT And since my monthly pass didn't transfer over when I imported my account. I've been buying one-way passed yesterday and today. So I'm out $24 bucks on top of my monthly pass for this month.
