Attorney with twenty years of experience that includes lobbying, managing staffs of up to 11 employees, and all facets of trade association governance. Expertise on the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid, Medicare, and the regulatory and statutory standards applicable to long-term care.

Prolific writer and author of law review articles, with over a dozen written in 2008 alone accepted for publication, and have had over 70 print newspaper columns published -- in Iowa, New Hampshire and Washington.
