For seriously ill children and the families who care for them 24-7, relaxing by a Minnesota lakeshore may seem a distant fantasy. But children and families will have a chance to do just that beginning this October. Crescent Cove, a St. Louis Park-based nonprofit, will open what it says will be Minnesota’s first community children’s hospice and respite home, one of just a few such facilities in the nation.
