Susan Davis at USA Today said, “Fmr Maj Ldr Tom DeLay 2010 conviction overturned by TX appellate court. ‘legally insufficient’ to sustain.” Toby Harnden at The Times wrote, “Tom DeLay won't be jailed ‘The court said all judgments...were reversed & the fmr congressman was formally acquitted.’” Daniel Foster simply tweeted: “Hammer Time.”
