Nelson from Politico admitted, “Sad to see this NYT obit of Marcella Hazan. I've made her famed tomato sauce three times this month.” Jamie Shupak at NY1 tweeted: “Since the '70s Victor Hazan came home to his wife Marcella every day for lunch. Her beautiful obit, by @kimseverson.”
