Oct 01, 2013

This growing, independently owned news organization based in Charleston, S.C., is looking for an aggressive reporter to cover South Carolina government, politics and other issues of significant statewide interest as part of its new Columbia bureau.

The right candidate will able to immediately recognize important stories and react quickly on multiple platforms: digital, social and print. But being first isn’t enough. If you think you fit the bill, send three to five of your best work samples, a resume and a cover letter explaining your experience and philosophy to Executive Editor Mitch Pugh at
