Question of the Day

Oct 23, 2013

Yesterday's Question of the Day asked…What was the title of the first-ever, multi-page newspaper published in the Americas? Bonus points if you spell it in the original Old English styling! That would be Publick Occurrences Both Forreign and Domestick, the first edition of which was published September 25 in Boston and was printed by Richard Pierce and edited by Benjamin Harris!

Congrats to Craig Pittman for being the first reader to tweet in correctly! Honorable mentions go to Edward Tenner and Amy Zipkin for also getting the answer right. Snaps all around!

Your question of the day for today is…According to anthropologists’ evidence, what did  indigenous Mexican people eat in their traditional tacos before the arrival of Europeans?
