In another push of promotions, TIME has named Radhika Jones deputy managing editor. With the publication since 2008 when she joined as arts editor, Jones was executive editor before her latest career boost.
"A big #FF and bigger huzzah to @radhikajones, @TIME's new Deputy Managing Editor," colleague Catherine Mayer tweeted.
"Congratulations on the new gig! Always a joy to work with you," divulged freelance journalist Douglas Wolk.
"Thanks, Douglas, and likewise!" Jones replied.
We hear Jones has previously been charged with overseeing many of Time’s most significant editions, including the hallowed "Person of the Year" and "Time 100" issues. This promotion makes perfect sense to us. Congratulations, Radhika!
