Washington Correspondent at St. Louis Post-Dispatch

Nov 18, 2013

Washington Correspondent at St. Louis Post-Dispatch - The St. Louis Post-Dispatch is seeking an aggressive, experienced reporter to staff its Washington D.C. bureau. Could it be you? The right candidate must provide readers with the full spectrum of coverage, from quick blogs and social media posts to daily and Sunday stories and projects. This Washington reporter will closely cover the local delegation in Congress and develop enterprise stories of particular interest to the St. Louis region.

That's why the Post-Dispatch is looking for an enthusiastic team player with a proven ability to develop and work sources and write with speed, depth and grace. This high-profile position requires someone who can think on his or her feet, find the local angle on national stories and craft enterprise and watchdog pieces that lead the pack.

Up for the task? Then please send a résumé, a cover letter describing how you would approach the job as well as clips and/or accessible links to Adam Goodman, deputy managing editor, St. Louis Post-Dispatch, at agoodman@post-dispatch.com or via the Lee Enterprises website at lee.net/careers.
