Nov 25, 2013

Back to the Times, Claire Miller covers Backlash by the Bay in San Francisco. Brian Chen there said, “Tech riches alter a city. Nice A1 on the hyper-gentrification of SF by @egoode and @clairecm.” Karen Heller from the Philadelphia Inquirer added: “Quote of the day on SF's tech wealth: ‘One day, they will wake up to an extremely unbearable ocean of sameness.’”

Jeff Elder goes behind the Bogus Accounts Dogging Twitter. Mike Billings with the San Francisco Examiner said, “Twitter says fake accounts represent fewer than 5% of its users. Others believe the number is higher.” Nieman Lab added, “Some say Twitter robots are ‘part of the game.’ But if people are relying on Twitter for news, do we need more rules?”
