Vanity Fair has added Richard Lawson as a columnist covering Hollywood and other entertainment for vanityfair.com. Previously with the Atlantic Wire and Gawker, Lawson will begin his new gig next week.
"Thanks for saying nice things, everyone!" Lawson shared on Twitter, before adding, "I hope you'll understand that I can no longer speak to any of you."
"Yay to @rilaws going to @VanityFair! Recapping #RHOBH again vaguely falls under the topic of Hollywood, right?" OK! Magazine's Kaitlin Menza tweeted, hopefully. "Please tell me it does."
Mentioning VF's editor (and his new boss), Lawson also tweeted, "Just sent an email to Graydon Carter saying 'Do what you want with my bod-ay.' Too much?"
... Nah. Might as well spice things up at the new office. Congrats, Richard!
