From CIR to ProPublica

Feb 21, 2014

ProPublica will soon welcome Ryan Gabrielson as a reporter. Currently a public safety investigative reporter at The Center of Investigative Reporting, Gabrielson will make his move later this spring.

"Tough to leave @CIRonline, but a tremendous opportunity," Gabrielson tweeted.

Meanwhile, senior engagement editor Amanda Zamora discovered that her publication was her official Valentine tweetheart. "Awwww. Of course @propublica would be my #tweetheart," she gushed.

"I don't know. I heard @ProPublica was pretty sweet on @ryangabrielson? You may have some competition," warned George Stanley at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Gabrielson joked by reply, "A love triangle? Uh oh."
