Reuters reported exclusively that Iraq signs deal to buy arms, ammunition from Iran. Simon Robinson there wrote, “Iran-Iraq arms deal includes equipment to protect against chemical agents. Baghdad fears insurgents will use chems.” Spencer Ackerman with the Guardian said, ‘In world's most unpredictable surprise move, Iraq got weapons from Iran after the US was skittish on providing them.” Adam Clark Estes with Gizmodo added: “So Iraq is buying arms from Iran now. This should end well…”

And in a really odd bit of news, the Wall Street Journal’s Aditi Malhotra reports that a Leopard Terrified Patients After Entering Hospital in India. Jesse Pesta there explained: “Leopard enters hospital, stays 12 hours, bites cop, escapes when reporters botch effort to tranquilize it.”
