What does the NSA know?

Apparently they know just about everything. Barton Gellman at the Washington Post wrote NSA surveillance program reaches ‘into the past’ to retrieve, replay phone calls. Randeep Ramesh at the Guardian explained, “#nsa has built a surveillance system capable of recording ‘100 percent’ of a foreign country’s telephone calls.” Jeremy Singer-Vine at BuzzFeed added, “WaPo on MYSTIC: ‘No other NSA program disclosed to date has swallowed a nation’s telephone network whole.’”
