Amazon is outlining its latest strategy for online video today with (what else?) a Live Video Event. CNET tweeted: “Fire TV uses voice search. The remote has a mic…” Michael Cary at CNN reacted: “Now I don't even need to exercise my fingers!” Lindsey Turrentine also at CNET added, “‘New feature called ASAP anticipates what movies you're going to watch and preloads them...’ I do want that.”

From the Telegraph: Revealed - It was me who was caught looking at dogs rather than the football at Old Trafford... and here's why. Conrad Quilty-Harper at the Daily Mirror harkened, “21st century journalism, people.”

Elsewhere, the Press Gazette has: Journalist putting allegations to fraudster is served by police with harassment notice. Tony Grew with PoliticsHome tweeted, “This is very worrying: journalists handed harassment notice for doing his job.” Emma Rowley from the Telegraph called this whole thing “Ridiculous.”

Proving it’s not all bad for journalists, the 2013 Peabody Award Winners were announced this morning. JoNel Aleccia at NBC News said, “Good job, team! NBC's In Plain Sight wins a Peabody.”

One very popular internet site release their Official Trailer for THE WOLF OF BUZZFEED today. Katherine Goldstein at Slate said, “This morning in hilarious parodies.” Stephen Foley from the Financial Times asked, “When's it opening? When's it opening? When?”

Also from BuzzFeed: If The Media Reported The Events Of "Game Of Thrones". Charlie Spiering from the Washington Examiner said, “This is awesome.” People Magazine’s Abbey Stone tweeted, “Bravo.” Rachel Sanders at BuzzFeed pointed out, “That isn't real btw.”

And for other things that make you go ooh: David Ortiz took a selfie with Barack Obama and tweeted: “What an honor!”
