The Tennessean tells us Barry Trotz is out as Predators coach. Michael Cass there pointed out he was “the only coach @PredsNHL have ever had.” Steve Phillips with Tennessee Sports Radio called Trotz a “Good coach, good guy.”

Carol Rosenberg at the Miami Herald writes 9/11 defense lawyers accuse FBI of spying on them. She added, “Here's what I dug out this morning about the emergency motion that may derail today's #911 hearing.”

Blake Zeff at Capital New York reports that Cuomo gets a critic his own size. Mara Gay at the Wall Street Journal tweeted: "Andrew Cuomo may be in some trouble."
